Shipping Overview
Wildermoth Outfitters currently ships within the United States, with plans to expand in the future. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
We work with a combination of in-house inventory and trusted partner brands. This allows us to curate unique, hard-to-find products while keeping our overhead intentional and sustainable.
Fulfillment Time
Orders containing in-stock Wildermoth items typically ship within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted.
Some products in our shop ship directly from brand partners. When this is the case, fulfillment timelines may vary slightly depending on the supplier. Estimated shipping information will be provided when available.
If you have questions about the timeline for a specific item, please reach out before placing your order and we’ll be happy to help.
Preorders
If an item is marked as a preorder, the estimated ship date will be listed in the product description. Please note that preorder timelines are estimates and may shift slightly based on production schedules.
We will provide updates if anything changes and notify you as soon as your item ships.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination and order weight. Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please email hello@wildermothoutfitters.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
