Hi, I’m Rachel, the moth behind the madness at Wildermoth Outfitters.
I’ve always loved the outdoors, but I’ve never fit the mold of the “typical” outdoorsy person. This brand is my way of changing that.

If you’ve ever taken a hundred photos of mushrooms, worn all black to the beach, or felt more at home under a canopy of trees than anywhere else, you’re in the right place. Wildermoth is for the witches and weirdos. The forest-bathers. The night-hikers. The dreamers who want to be both rugged and romantic, functional and a little feral.

It all started with a quiet frustration: endless racks of technical gear in colors and cuts that didn’t feel like me. I wanted gear that worked hard, looked incredible, and embraced a darker, wilder aesthetic. Outdoor gear, but make it weird.

Now, I’m designing it, starting with a one-of-a-kind outdoor hat (a little witchy, a lot practical) and merino wool socks that are nothing like your average trail sock. I’m also dreaming of curating gear from small makers and unique brands you won’t find at big-box outfitters.
