Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • With tags attached

  • In original packaging

Proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

Email hello@wildermothoutfitters.com with your order number and reason for return.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Partner-Fulfilled Items

Some products ship directly from our brand partners. These items may have slightly different return instructions or processing times.

If your order includes a partner item, we will provide the correct return instructions once your request is approved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Preorder items (unless damaged or defective)

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care products

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or made-to-order items

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.


Preorders

Some Wildermoth products are offered as preorders.

Preorder items are made specifically for you and ship once production is complete. Estimated ship dates are listed on the product page.

Because these items are made to order, preorder purchases are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
